Returns
If you would like to proceed with a return or exchange, you may return any new, unused Beanto product within 30 days of shipping for a refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer and any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded. Any personalized or engraved products are final sale. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you are requesting a refund for a defective or damaged product, please email info@beanto.co with your original order number in the subject line. Returns and exchanges on items purchased from the website are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase. To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you haven’t received a refund within 30 days of receiving your refund approval, please contact your bank as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beanto.co.
